Nordvattnet

Nordvattnet is a large lake (1250 meters from north to south) with clear water, where you can fish from boat or belly boat.  Nordvattnet has two peninsulas with a small island in the middle. The northern part to the island is 600 meters and at its breadth it is 300 meters. The south parts is the deepest and we can recommend a fly on a sinking line on a hot summer day. Boats and belly boats are forbidden during April and May  in the midle part of the lake. See map! You can use boats and belly boats in the south part then. But show respect for the Great Northern Diver. If you don't fish from boats the eastern side of the lake is the easiest.

Red lake = Only Flyfishing is allowed. Spinning of any kind, plastic floats, spoons or baited hooks are not allowed.
